Enjoy a curated share-style banquet featuring smoked yellowfin tuna with bonito soy, abalone with fragrant ginger oil and green chilli salsa, Red Lantern Wagyu ‘Xiao Long Bao’, QLD Coral Trout, 2GR Wagyu MB9+ and more. Indulge in a exquisite Hong Kong milk tea tart with pearls and dried plum to finish.

Bookings available from 4.00pm to 5.30pm, for a 2.5 hour duration.
Bookings prior to 5pm are welcome to stay until the completion of the fireworks with an extended duration.
