Inspired by the waterfront of Hong Kong’s Stanley Bay, Stanley Restaurant opened at Howard Smith Wharves in 2019. After its success in Brisbane, Stanley opened its second restaurant at Manly Wharf in August 2026.

The menu is built around Head Chef Louis Tikaram’s philosophy of great food, friends, fishermen and farmers, showcasing Australian seafood, meat and seasonal produce paired with traditional Cantonese flavours.
