Inspired by the waterfront of Hong Kong’s Stanley Bay, Stanley Restaurant is now open in Manly Wharf.

The menu is built around Head Chef Louis Tikaram’s philosophy of great food, friends, fishermen and farmers, showcasing Australian seafood, meat and seasonal produce paired with traditional Cantonese flavours.
