Inspired by the waterfront of Hong Kong’s Stanley Bay, Stanley Restaurant will open at Manly Wharf this September.

The menu is built around Head Chef Louis Tikaram’s philosophy of great food, friends, fishermen and farmers, showcasing Australian seafood, meat and seasonal produce paired with traditional Cantonese flavours.
