Inspired by childhood memories of vibrant dinner parties, Stanley Head Chef, Louis Tikaram brings a deeply personal dish to the table: his grandmother’s Fijian chicken curry, served with refreshing raita, paired with Lune’s fresh roti made from their legendary laminated croissant dough.

This intimate riverside experience at Stanley will see the two head chefs cooking and plating live, creating an interactive Sunday lunch filled with stories, spice, and soul. It’s a fusion of culture and craft you won’t want to miss.
