Celebrate the Year of the Fire Horse with a limited-edition selection of festive dishes curated by Head Chef Louis Tikaram. 

From 17th – 22nd February, savour seasonal specialties and live seafood alongside the full à la carte menu and signature banquets. Each evening, traditional lion dancers will bring vibrant energy as we mark the occasion on the waterfront.
